Sambazon 3-day cleanse




              
       Hello! I recently did this Sambazon 3-day cleanse to help me jumpstart getting back in shape and   I wanted to review this product since there are not a lot of reviews out there about this product!! This cleanse had a meal plan suggested with the three drinks that came with it and I did not follow their meal plan. I did follow how they want you to eat small meals every 3 hours. I basically ate different foods than they told you to in the handbook.
      For example, the meal plan suggests for Day 1 breakfast that you eat 10-15 raw nuts and 10 oz. of 'Prepare' Acerola Cherry + Lemon + Cayeene Superfood Juice and for Mid-Morning Snack make a Quinoa Bowl. Instead since I didn't have almonds or raw nuts at home I drank the 10 oz of 'Prepare' and then my own green juice packed with kale, spinach, apples, etc.... Then for lunch you drink the 'Elminate' and a red potato and green bean salad with mustard I replaced that with a bowl of cereal that contained 14g of fiber and then later for the Mid-day snack you have to drink the 'Recharge'. The handbook has a meal for dinner too but, it saids you can replace it with "liquid courage" which means you replace a solid meal for a soup or whatever. Instead I just drank my green juice for dinner. For snacks I would eat string cheese if I got hungry. I didn't follow their meal plan because, I didn't feel like buying all those groceries and prepping them. I thought my own meals and still drinking their drinks worked for me well. They want you to control your proportions and eat healthy foods that will aid in detoxifying and cleansing your body. The foods that I replaced from their suggestions were packed with vitamins, protein, fiber, potassium, and all that good stuff so really I think that it was the same thing. They do have a list of foods that you can replace so, I don't think that you have to follow accordingly to what they suggest if you also don't want to pick up and prep all those meals! I posted a picture of the drinks nutritional labels incase you wanted to see it! My favorite drink out of the three was the Eliminate ( kale + apple + cucumber + parsley).
     This 3-day cleanse does not make you lose instant weight if that is what you were looking for. I started this 3-day cleanse at the end of my summer around August 30th-September 1st and after that I stuck to eating small meals and snacking more. I measured my body on September 4th of the following measurements: Arms 11 1/4 in, Waist 26.5in., Hips 31in., Thighs 19in., and Calves 13in. Since then I have lost weight but I did not measure my body again yet because I want to measure it after two months to see how much I have lost. So, overall I did think that this 3-day cleanse helped me un-bloat and kick start my journey to a hot body! Tell me if you tried it and how you feel about it!
